Start an "Extra New Game." Press UP, UP, DOWN, DOWN, LEFT, RIGHT, LEFT RIGHT, CIRCLE and X. Select difficulty. Heather should sigh if you've done it right.

This being my favourite game, I managed to unlock all these costumes. I love the Block Head one.
